Boy Scout Sunday Worship
| Good afternoon, Church, It was wonderful to have members of Troop 503 and Pack 503 present for worship today as we celebrate Scout Sunday. The Boy Scouts of America was formed on February 8, 1910, and the Sunday closest to the 8th is celebrated as Scout Sunday. We thank all the leaders of our Troop and Pack for their hard work and dedication to working with these young people, striving to instill in them the character and values of the Scout Law. Among these is, “A Scout is Reverent: Be reverent toward God. Be faithful in your religious duties.
