2nd Advent Worship

Good afternoon, Church,

Today is the Second Sunday in Advent. 
How do you prepare for the coming of Christ?  
May we all focus on what is most important to welcome Jesus into our hearts, and allow him to shine in our lives.

Remember that Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. we will have Advent Vespers in the sanctuary.  We are using the Holden Village service of Evening Prayer.  Come, pause, pray, and reconnect with Jesus in word, music, and prayer.

    Souper Bowl of Caring total numbers have not been finalized, but we received through St. Matthew’s Collection site 7,250 units.  A unit is a box, can, bag, bottle, or dollar given to the Souper Bowl of Caring.  This is a slight increase over last year’s totals through St. Matthew of 7,153.  I am so pleased by the response of…
