Palm Sunday Worship

Welcome to Holy Week, Church.

We began our remembrance of this last week of Jesus’ earthly life with Palm Sunday worship this morning.
We continue our remembrance with worship throughout this Holy Week.
I encourage you to attend these important services to thank God for all He has done for us, and to be reminded of the depth of God’s love as we walk with Jesus from his entry to Jerusalem, to his last meal with his disciples, to the Cross, and ultimately to the Resurrection.

The schedule for this week is:
Maundy Thursday, 12:00 and 7:00 p.m., at St. Matthew
Good Friday, Community Ecumenical Service, 12:00 p.m. at Covenant Methodist, Saxer Avenue
Good Friday worship, 7:00 p.m. at St. Matthew

Easter Sunday worship, 8:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m., at St. Matthew.  The slight time change is to make room for  the Easter Breakfast between the services.

Easter Breakfast – All are welcome to join us for Easter Breakfast at 9 AM in Elbert Hall on Easter Sunday, April 9.  Please RSVP by April 2nd.  You are welcome to attend even if you do not respond, but a response will help us with our planning.  If you would like to contribute something, please review the available slots on SignUp Genius and click on the button to sign up.
