May 17th Worship

Good evening, Church,

Easter Season comes to an end with this Sunday, the Seventh Sunday of Easter.  It was wonderful to be able to mark this day by blessing the LWR Quilts that will be sent as part of the Women of the ELCA Ingathering at the Synod Assembly on May 30th.  Many thanks to the faithful crew who has put these together! 
Next Sunday we celebrate Pentecost, the day in which the Holy Spirit was poured out on the disciples.  By tradition we wear red to celebrate this event in the life of the Church.
