February 26th Worship

Good afternoon, Church,

It seems as though we have corrected our sound issue with Zoom!  For those who were not able to join us today, either in person or online, here is a link to the video of the 10:15 service:

We dedicated our prayer room today.  Thank you to all who have made this room possible.  It is our hope that this will be space for reflection and connection with the Lord.

We also have a total for the Souper Bowl of Caring food drive.  Across the area we received 51,825 units!  A “unit” is a can, a box, a bottle, or a dollar.  What a great effort on behalf of so many for the sake of our neighbors with food insecurity!  The numbers from St. Matthew were 7,551 food items, and $537 dollars, for a total of 8088 units.  In addition, Dave Krauter arranged for a donation of 380 pounds of pasta from Springfield Pasta Company on Saxer Avenue.  Thank you all for your part in this important food ministry!
